Rūdolfs Bacāns (1987) began his musical career in 1994, when he entered the Riga Dom Cathedral Choir School. From 1997 to 2007, Rūdolfs Bacāns performed all over the world with the Riga Dom Cathedral Boys’ Choir. In 2010, Rūdolfs graduated the Jāzeps Vītols Latvian Academy of Music, obtaining a BA degree in choral conducting, and presently he continues his studies in the Master's degree programme. Rūdolfs also enjoys performing music with the Ilūkste Cultural Center's vocal quartet "The Sharks" and leading the mixed choir "Tume". Ever since April 2007, Rūdolfs works as a conductor at mixed choir "Sōla".
